About
Keyla Ruiz is a Program Assistant in the UCAAN Education and Training Department and the UCLA Prevention Center of Excellence. Prior to working at UCLA, Keyla worked at the MADRES Center at the University of Southern California (USC) in a research study that investigated how environmental health factors affected maternal and child health outcomes. She has experience in psychology research and in higher education programs focused on guiding first-generation college students. Keyla earned a B.S. in Psychological and Brain Sciences with a minor in Applied Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB).
