Paulina Nguyen

Paulina is an eLearning Specialist with UCAAN, where she leverages her Bachelor of Science in Community and Public Health from CSU Dominguez Hills. Her extensive experience spans higher education, health care, and ABA therapy, allowing her to expertly lead, design, and implement a variety of courses. Her areas of expertise include biological sciences, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices, as well as onboarding and employee engagement. She previously worked at USC, where she successfully led, designed, and facilitated training and development events for thousands of employees, from ground-level staff to upper management. She is passionate about continuously honing her skills in education and training.
